Barry R. Carson Jr.
Founder/President of Big Sis, Lil Sis Inc. He’s a father, an Entrepreneur, and now a community leader.
Before starting Big Sis, Lil Sis Inc. Barry has been involved in youth ministry, mentoring children with behavior challenges in local neighborhoods, and providing life skills. Barry’s direction will enable our youth to adapt to society.
Barry realized the impact he had on many young lives and he felt obligated to establish a permanent safe haven for the youth. Barry Carson Jr knows firsthand that life will present challenges and obstacles. His mission with Big Sis, Lil Sis Inc. will assist and prepare them for the challenges they may face.
